Meet the founders…
Shaughn has over two decades of experience as an award-winning creative thinker, designer, writer and branding consultant. He has worked in London, New York and Dubai.
Shaughn earned his stripes working across a huge variety of sectors and disciplines for clients such as Aston Martin, BMW, Cancer Research UK, Castrol, Conoco, CrossCountry Rail, Edexcel, Gerber Foods, GirlGuiding UK, George Wimpey, Nikon, National Savings & Investments, Orange, Reebok, Taylor Woodrow, Triumph Motorcycles and the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.
He has been described as, ‘…a naturally interdisciplinary kind of designer, at home with concepts and ideas that can enhance a brand in whatever context it is experienced’, and, ‘…a prolific worker, an excellent presenter and is that rarity in designers, someone who understands the importance of the written word, as well as imagery, in successful communications’.
Shaughn is very proud of his family and his 10:14 Nürburgring lap time.
Tom exploded onto the design scene, winning a creative industry award to land his first job at one of London’s most prestigious agencies. Since then, he’s worked in London, Paris and Berlin.
Tom learned his trade in London, creating beautiful packaging for some huge household names such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Jameson, Quorn and Ski.
An appreciation for design’s pantheon of disciplines led Tom further afield geographically and creatively; adding brand strategy, corporate branding, animation, copywriting, film production and screen-printing to his arsenal of abilities. He has even provided strategic design consultancy to the video game industry.
Away from client work, Tom has successfully “Kickstarted” a cycling lifestyle brand called Pilgrim.
